The snake died of natural causes.
You won't see these very often! This is a Western Diamond-Back Rattle Snake (Crotalus atrox) wet specimen. This venomous species is found in the Southwestern part of the United States and Mexico. This species is responsible for the majority of serious snake bites in the US and northern Mexico. This snake is unique because it has albinism! Albinism is a genetic condition that causes a lack of pigment in the skin.
This beautiful specimen will no doubt be a focal point in your oddity collection.
Note: The preserved snake and jar will be shipped to the buyer without liquid. The jar will need to be filled with 70% Isopropyl alcohol once received.
